I have been working on some Americana things since Easter has come and gone.  Thought you all might be interested to see.

Next week I will be at the Calloway Elementary School for a festival and these items and more will be for sale.  There will be an antique car show and food along with crafts and lots and lots of fun.  Join us!

Hand Painted Recycled Books

Working on a few things for craft shows in April.  New hand painted recycled books and more of the hand painted china plates.  I have also been doing a little hand quilting and making rag rugs. 
New items have been added to my booth at Buy the Season in Salem.  Stop in to check them out.

I really like the way these recycled books turned out.  They sell for $10 and look great hanging in a cozy spot on the wall.

Anticipating Spring

I am looking for spring and getting inspired to craft.  Just signed up at Buy the Season in Salem with a lovely friend of mine.  Cathy and I will be sharing a booth there.  We set up yesterday and I think it really looks good.  She has a knack for decorating that I can only wish  I had.  I'm very fortunate to have her to work with.  I will take pictures of the booth as soon as I remember to take my camera with me.

Here is a hand painted decorative plate that I painted this morning to add to our collection. It will go into the booth very shortly.
