Snow Days

What better way to spend a couple of snow days.   Crafting some Valentines.  These will be available in my Etsy shop.  They can be used as ornaments,  bowl fillers, package tags or just as a fun window dressing.  Just wanted to do a few new versions this year.

What's on the Workbench?

At the top is a wine bottle that I upcycled with hand painted mandala dots in beautiful vibrant colors.
The two bottom pics are of a beer bottle.  Each one is a one of a kind item as they are individually painted and even I have no idea how they will look when done.  That's the fun!!
I added fairy lights inside and I just think this is an awesome light for a corner or shelf in the home.
Personal Message me or contact me by email if you're interested in owning one of these lamps.
I will be placing a few in my booth at Buy the Season in Salem, VA.  They sell for $20. each.

Thanks for checking out what's on the workbench for this week, and have a blessed and happy day!

Stay safe!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

May we all be happy and healthy this Christmas season.  Happy Holidays to all, with a wish for a better year to come.  The last two years have been challenging for us all. It is my prayer that God will heal our hearts, bodies and minds and also heal our nation.

Many times we forget what is important in life, but if we trust, He will bring to light all that we need to be thankful for.  He blesses each one with all good things.  He gave us his son and that's the true celebration at this time of year.

Make it your choice to be happy, and don't lose the joy this season brings. Let's carry it all through 2022!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Guilliams family!!

Playing Catch-up

I have been busy on lots of projects for this new year of 2121!

The hearts and Valentine decor was so much fun to do.

Now I'm working on Easter.   Bunnies, bunnies, and carrots.

I know there are a lot of pics here, but I just thought my friends might like to know what I've been up to lately.
I hope everyone is well.  If you are interested in my work, message me:

Christmas 2020

This year has been a doozie, has it not?

I have been busy crafting new stuff for this year.  All our craft shows were cancelled and I have decided that I will not have an open house this year.  This would have been my 20th annual show here at my house.  Maybe next year we can get back to it.

Meanwhile, I'm still playing and here are some of the items I have currently available for sale.

A couple of chenille snowmen

Fabric Mitten Ornaments

And shotgun shells.

Check out my Etsy Shop here:  https://www.etsy.com/shop/humblehrtdesigns
for these and many more of my designs.

I hope your Christmas season is the best.

Have a blessed one!

What's in the Works

It's time to get ready for the fall and winter craft shows.  This is what is on the workbench.

A new set of spoon Christmas ornaments

Some new fabric pumpkins.  They have spices inside along with the stuffing, so my craft room smells awesome!

They are made from upholstery fabrics and burlap.  With jute and wooden stems.

So much fun!

My harvest corn bowl fillers

Some snowy mice arrangements.  They are arranged on a 45 rpm record base.

Scented Snowmen of all sizes!

and more square faced snowmen and a few gnomes this year!

Yes, I am busy, but this is my time of the year to get started and I will probably be crafting (playing) every day until the last of the season!

Hope all are happy and blessed!
