So Busy

Still working on inventory for the big upcoming shows and have really been busy.  Have some new work to share.

This quilt is a queen size fence rail quilt that I have quilted for a friend.  She did a great job on the top and now it is ready to bind.

This one is a small wall quilt that I finished quilting on Sunday.  It is also ready for a binding. I'll get to that today.

I am still working on hot air balloons.  This one is going to be my charity ornament this year to raise money for the NRV Women's Resource Center.

And I have added more VT ideas for Steppin Out.

Not finished yet, but coming along.

So, that's what I have been doing.  Hope everyone has a Blessed day and is busy with their own creative passions!

Playing Catch Up

Since my last post I have had a birthday and have done a Friday night set up at Floyd Artisan Market.

The birthday was a blast

The set up at Floyd was a lot of fun.  The kickoff for the Floyd Artisan Trail Tour, there were a lot of people milling around.  I have found, however that folks these days are holding tight to the purse strings.  A small profit was made and the gallery was hopping, but we sure hope for better next time.  God willing!
I am still working constantly for the upcoming larger shows.  I am excited about doing new and bigger shows.

God bless and hope everyone's day is a happy one!

Busy as a Bee!

This past weekend I worked at St. Pierre Gallery and the flow of people coming through was very nice to see.  Sales were not too bad either.  The season is upon us and I invite you all to check out the wonderfully talented artisans we have there.  The work is excellent and you'll enjoy the trip, I promise!

I will be at the Floyd Artisan Market this Friday night 5-9.  Come visit us at the market and do some shopping and listen to the bluegrass music.  These nights are so much fun, and the people are so diverse and interesting to be with.  It's a blast.

Getting some inventory built up for the Lakefest Show in Clarksville and Steppin' Out in Blacksburg. Have to have hot air balloons for Clarksville, and lots of Virginia Tech colors for Steppin' Out.  So....I figured why not combine and do VT hot air balloons.  Genius!

Then there are the spoon ornaments for VT
Sorry for the blurry pic.
I've also been making a few painted muslin flags.

Light Bulb ornaments are $6.00, Spoon ornaments are $5.00, and the Flag bowl fillers are $3.00 each.
Just message me if you are interested in purchasing any of my items.

Blessings to all
