Prom Nite for Eric!

My handsome son, Eric went to his first prom last night.  He looked so good in his tux, and Alana's dress was beautiful
 Eric, Alana, Christine, and Bennett.

Just look how handsome!!!!

Yesterday, I had a show in Fieldale.  This was the first hot, sunny day we have had in a while and foot traffic was good.  A lot of fun was had by all.  Sales were pretty good for me and I got to spend a little time with friends I hadn't seen in a while.  My lovely cousin, Sheila stopped by and we had a pleasant visit.
And setting up with Phyllis is always a hoot!!
There was music, and food, and crafts, and activities all day!  A happy, enjoyable, day!

God's Blessings to All!

Back to Business

This weekend I had the pleasure of working at St. Pierre Gallery in Floyd.  Saw a lot of nice folks and thankfully business is picking up.  We have had a very wet Spring season and that has messed with the attendance.  Hopefully the weather will now give us a break and bring more people in.

This coming weekend I will be attending the Fieldale Heritage Festival with my dear friend Phyllis.  We plan to set up our tents and sell a lot of merchandise.  If you are in the area, we invite you to visit and join in on the fun.

I am currently working on painted vintage books for the show.  Also I am adding to inventory for the Lakefest Show in July.  More hot air balloon light bulb ornaments to sell there, and VT snowmen for the Steppin' Out Show in Blacksburg in August..  Need to have a lot of these on hand for that.  So, the days are busy!

Hope the day is bright where you are today!
Blessings to you!

Happy Mother's Day and Wedding!

Saturday, my son, Chris and his lovely fiancee, Olivia became husband and wife.  The ceremony was lovely and the reception was very elegant.

It was a beautiful day for a wedding and the ceremony took place on the garden terrace at the Roanoke Hotel. A beautiful place for a ceremony.  The reception was so much fun and thanks to Olivia and Laura, my beautiful daughter, everything looked amazing.

This is the happy couple with a poster of her dog, that her mom surprised her with.  Don't they just look like
the perfect couple?

This is the wedding party.  The husband and wife, the maid of honor, Laura (Chris' sister), and the best man, Eric (Chris' brother).

What a wonderful Mother's Day for me!
Blessings,
~Pat~
