My Craft Space-Part 1

I am very fortunate to have a great space in my basement for a studio.  There is plenty of room for quilting, sewing, crafting, and lots of storage as well.
I have a quilting set up with quilting machine and frame for long-arm all over quilting on one side of the room.

Currently I am working on a Dresden Plate quilt.

I have two sets of these shelves on either end of the quilting machine that holds fabric.

In the built in bookcase is upholstery fabric from the local furniture store that my daughter in law gets for me.

I have 2 counters on casters that I can roll all around the room.  They have shelves on the front and the back and I bought them at a going out of business sale for $25 each.  I love these things and use them for my cutting tables and to set up my quilts.

Hope you have enjoyed my little mini tour.  More to come!

Blessings,
Pat

New Etsy Listing

There is a new listing today on my Etsy shop:

One or two of these would look great tucked into an Easter basket this year.  They are so much fun!  They're
$10.00 each plus shipping.  She is in stock and ready to ship!

We have been getting some much needed rain. Could do without the thunder and lightning though.  Still with the dry conditions, I am thankful.  God is Good!
Enjoyed breakfast on Sunday with my kids.  It is really good to have them home every once in a while and cook for them again.  Am busy this week babysitting and quilting a dresden plate bed quilt.  I've had the top done for a while and am just getting to the quilting part.  Looking good so far.
Hope all are having a blessed day!

Etsy Listings

I just listed a couple of new items on Etsy.  I am really putting some effort into my shop lately.  I just pray that it pays off.

The first listing today is one of my ragamuffins.  I just think these would be a great addition to a little one's Easter basket this year.  I love them!

The next is my upcycled fabric owl bowl fillers

Ok, The dolls sell for $10.00 each and the Owls sell for $5.00.
Just let me know if you're interested.
Blessings to all,
~Pat

March already!

Wow!  What happened to February?  I know it's a short month, but what gives?  I think that since Christmas I have been in slow motion.
I am in a crafting slump.  I have ideas but I just don't have the energy to accomplish anything.  Maybe I just need to push through.  Prayers would be helpful.  I think I over did it the latter part of last year and I am having a hard time recovering.  I vow that this year I will not do that.
Looking at the craft schedule for this year, I am determined to streamline my set up time and the work it takes to get things displayed.  There is a better way and I Shall find it.
I have been doing some work on my photography and it is getting better.  These items have been listed today on Etsy:

The wall hanging is hand quilted and at $35 is so pretty in pinks and purples for the Spring season. It is a deisgn by Sindy Rodenmayer and I just love it!
The book is an upcycled Reader's Digest Condensed Book. At $8 it's a great gift.  So unique!  It is an original design hand painted in acrylics by little ole me!

My prayers are going out today for all the people affected by the storms west of us here in Virginia.  It's a devistating thing and I know it is hard to cope.  But, God is good, all the time and I trust that he will comfort where it is needed.
God Bless,
~Pat~
