Working on a few things for craft shows in April. New hand painted recycled books and more of the hand painted china plates. I have also been doing a little hand quilting and making rag rugs.
New items have been added to my booth at Buy the Season in Salem. Stop in to check them out.
I really like the way these recycled books turned out. They sell for $10 and look great hanging in a cozy spot on the wall.
Be Blessed,
~Pat
Thanks Felicia! Glad you like them.
ReplyDeleteHi Pat! I'm Angie Berry from Berry Homespun Primitives blog. I see that you follow my blog so I wanted to come over here and meet you. I now follow your blog, Pinterest, and Etsy. =]
ReplyDeleteNot only are we sisters in Christ, but I see that we like some of the same things. I just started collecting gray granite this past year and only have 2 pieces as it is rather expensive compared to the other colors of granite. I wish I had realized that before I started, hehe. You had some wonderful vintage finds, I wish my hunts were that successful.
I LOVE your work!! You are very talented but especially at painting! What a lovely way to repurpose an old book. I love meeting new people so thanks for stopping by! Have a delightful week~
Thank you, Angie, for the kind words. I love your blog and enjoy reading all the news there. I tend to be a collector of all sorts of vintage and antique items. My favorites are tins and thimbles. These are very affordable and easy to find.
ReplyDeleteGlad to meet you and will continue to chat from time to time.
Happy day to you!

Enjoy your day,
Barb
